Nevertheless the organizers have found additional accomodation capacity and would like to offer you the accommodation in Tripple Rooms (limited quantity) and in Bungalows (each bungalow consists of 3 double rooms sharing kitchen, WC and bathroom).

The number of Single Rooms is limited (first come first served).

Accommodation is provided from Saturday (January 24, 2004) until Thursday (January 29, 2004) including Thursday night.
Check out day is Friday after breakfast.
On your Reply Form please mark your preferred type of accommodation (after receiving your Reply Form we will send you a hotel voucher by e-mail).
As the number of rooms is limited, Action M Agency reserves its right to offer you another type of accommodation.
Lectures start on Sunday morning.
The conference program is planned until Thursday evening/night.
Full Board includes breakfast from Sunday until Friday, lunches from Sunday until Thursday, dinner from Saturday until Thursday,
