In order to help people socialize and exchange new ideas, SOFSEM 2009 will be organized
as a single-building-conference. That is, accommodation for all participants, full-board meals,
together with all lecture rooms will be in Hotel Arnika, ©pindlerův Mlýn, Labská.

The conference will start on Saturday, January 24, 2009 with dinner (the registration desk at the Hotel Arnika will be open at 14:00).
The conference will finish after breakfast on Friday, January 30.

Airport Conference Desk
Prague is a capital of Czech Republic with the international airport Prague - Ruzyně. The organisers offer
you the assistance at the airport SOFSEM 2009 Conference Desk located in the airport hall by
exit from customs at Terminal North I. The Conference Desk will be open on January 24, 2009, from 14:00 to 15:30.
The transportation from the Prague Ruzyne Airport to ©pindlerův Mlýn will be provided by conference bus on Saturday, January 24, 2009.
The conference bus will start at the airport and will have a stop at Prague - Černý Most bus terminal - the stop for chart buses (see "Meeting Point" at the Cerny Most map) located at Chlumecka Road near a viaduct.
The bus leaves from:
- the airport at 15:30
- Prague Černý Most bus terminal at 16:15

The transportation back will be provided by 2 buses leaving ©pindlerův Mlýn on Friday, January 30 at 6:00
(we plan their arrival to the International Airport Prague Ruzyne after 9:30) and at 10.00
(we plan their arrival to the International Airport Prague Ruzyne after 13:30)
The transportation fee is 350 CZK in one direction/per person.
You can use also an individual trasportation. The proposed way to Harrachov is the following:
- Use city-bus No. 100 from the Prague Ruzyně Airport to the Nové Butovice underground station, yellow line B (takes about 20 minutes).
- Take metro from Nové Butovice underground station to a bus terminal - either Černý Most (takes about 50 minutes) or Florenc (takes about 30 minutes) according to the selected bus.
- Take public transportation inter-city bus from the bus terminal to ©pindlerův Mlýn, Labská bus stop (takes about 3 hours).
