To register for SOFSEM 2015 please complete the Registration & Booking Form on-line and pay the registration fee. Registering early will save you money, and also help us to organize things better!
The deadlines for registration are:

Registration Desk & Office
SOFSEM 2015 Registration Desk will be located at Hotel Horizont reception area and open on Saturday January 24, 2015 from 16.00 till 21.00 and on Sunday January 25 from 8.30 till 9.00.

Registration Fees
Regular fee includes
- attendance at the conference,
- full board* and accommodation for 5 nights (January 24–29, 2015) in a chosen type of room in the Hotel Horizont ****,
- a book of SOFSEM 2015 Springer LNCS proceedings,
- a book of local proceedings (Student Research Forum papers),
- a conference package,
- refreshments during breaks,
- use of conference facilities and technical equipment,
- welcome party,
- social program,
- entrance to the selected sport facilities,
- Internet connection.
Student fee includes
- attendance at the conference,
- full board* and accommodation for 5 nights (January 24–29, 2015) in room in Apartment FIRN ***,
- a book of local proceedings (Student Research Forum papers),
- a conference package,
- refreshments during breaks,
- use of conference facilities and technical equipment,
- welcome party,
- social program,
- entrance to the selected sport facilities,
- Internet connection,
- NO BOOK of SOFSEM 2015 Springer LNCS proceedings.
No accommodation fee includes
- NO accommodation,
- attendance at the conference,
- a book of SOFSEM 2015 Springer LNCS proceedings,
- a book of local proceedings (Student Research Forum papers),
- a conference package,
- refreshments during breaks,
- use of conference facilities and technical equipment,
- conference lunches,
- welcome party,

- NO BREAKFASTS,
- NO DINNERS on Saturday, Monday and Wednesday.
Accompanying person fee includes

* Full Board includes breakfasts from Sunday until Thursday, lunches from Sunday until Wednesday, dinners from Saturday until Wednesday.
Lectures start on Sunday morning. The conference program is scheduled until Wednesday evening.

Student Fee
The student fee is arranged for students only (including Ph. D. students). Students are asked to fill the ID Number in Registration & Booking Form. Students might be asked to provide a proof they are (still) students during the registration.

Please make sure that the bank transfer is net of all bank charges and commissions made. Otherwise the bank charges and commissions made will be requested upon your arrival when registering.

Confirmation/invoice of your payment will be e-mailed to you and the original will be given to you upon your arrival at the SOFSEM 2015 Registration Desk.
Cancellation Policy
The registration fee deducted of 2000 CZK will be refunded for all written cancellations sent to Action M Agency no later than December 19, 2014. After that date no refund of the registration fee will be provided.
The cancellation of bus transportation is non-refundable.
The cancellation for authors leading to nobody presenting the paper on the conference is not accepted (according to the paper acceptance conditions for Springer LNCS SOFSEM 2015 Proceedings or for Student Research Forum Local Proceedings). The refund of the registration fee will not be provided.
