is responsible for application development methods and standards at CCTA including SSADM development. He is a member of the STARS 2000 Management Board. He is also responsible for UK government input to the CEC-funded Euromethod initiative, the BSI IST/15 Software Engineering standards committee, and the CEN TC311 European software engineering standards committee.
