Airport SOFSEM 2012 Desk

The SOFSEM 2012 organisers offer you an assistance at the Prague – Ruzyně Airport SOFSEM 2012 Desk located in the arrival hall at Terminal 1 (North) by exit D. The Airport SOFSEM 2012 Desk will be opened on January 21, 2012, from 14:00 to 17:30.

Conference Serviced Transportation:
Prague — Špindlerův Mlýn and back

The transportation from the Airport Prague – Ruzyně to Špindlerův Mlýn will be provided by two conference buses on Saturday, January 21, 2012. The conference bus will start at the airport and will have a stop at Prague – Černý Most bus terminal – the stop for chart busses (see "Meeting Point" at the Černý Most map bellow) located at Chlumecká Road near a viaduct.

The buses leave from:

Bus No. 1

  • Airport Prague – Ruzyně at 15:00,
  • Bus terminal Prague – Černý Most at 15:45

and

Bus No. 2

  • Airport Prague – Ruzyně at 17:30,
  • Bus terminal Prague – Černý Most at 18:15.

The transportation back will be provided by 2 busses on Friday, January 27, 2012:

  • the first bus leaving Špindlerův Mlýn at 6:00 (we plan its arrival to International Prague Airport – Ruzyně after 9:30),
  • the second bus at 10.00 (we plan its arrival to International Prague Airport – Ruzyně after 13:30).

Individual Transportation:
Prague — Špindlerův Mlýn and back

You can use also an individual transportation. The proposed way to Špindlerův Mlýn is the following:

  • Use city-bus No. 100 from Airport Prague – Ruzyně to underground station Zličín, yellow line B (takes about 20 minutes).
  • Take metro from underground station Zličín to a bus terminal – either Černý Most (takes about 50 minutes) or Florenc (takes about 30 minutes) according to the selected bus. For further details see Official Website of Prague Town Transportation.
  • Take public transportation inter-city bus from the bus terminal to Špindlerův Mlýn (takes about 3 hours).
